The SAVARIND Concept Component Furniture celebrates utility. The self-assembly furniture is built from birch plywood components with exposed steel fixings, conceived to reconfigure. Each furniture design is filtered through the same disciplined process.
The physical construction is central to SAVARIND’s idea of modular component furniture. Designed and made in West Yorkshire, the collection uses recurring named parts across tables, seating and shelving, with selected designs able to combine or reconfigure.
Furniture Built From a Vocabulary of Components
SAVARIND has formalised its component library as The SAVARIND Concept Components Manifest ©2026. Instead of treating every table, chair or shelf as an entirely separate construction, the system works with identifiable plywood and steel parts that can recur across different pieces.
